The year 2015 has witnessed an overall victory of HSY in the National College Entrance Examination. Various rates including the rate of students with a score of more than 600 and the rate of students admitted to elite and key universities have risen to a new height, topping the list of all high schools in Hubei Province.

The rate of students admitted to elite universities is sure to occupy the first place.

The number of the students entitled to key universities’ independent enrollment absolutely takes the lead in Hubei Province. The number of the students who will be admitted to Tsinghua and Peking University promises to be 60.  

The rate of students with a score of more than 600 has an overwhelming advantage.

99 students have obtained a score of over 650 and 483 more than 600(excluding direct admission students); 68% students in ordinary science classes have got a score of over 600；Students with a score of over 600 in the experimental liberal art class takes up 6.2% of the total number (TN: 146) of the students at the same level of the same subject in the whole province.

The rate of the students who have been admitted to the key university and the average score take the first place in the province.

There are 630 students in the ordinary science classes sitting for the entrance exam, and their average score is 611, with 98.6% students admitted to key universities, leading to the result of the key universities enrolment rates of over 90%, 7 times in a row. There are actually 103 students in the ordinary liberal art classes attending the exam (excluding art and PE students), and their average school is 569, with the key university enrolment rate of 95.1%. There are 111 students in international science classes attending the exam, and their average score is 583, with the key university enrolment rate of 94.6%. There are 38 students in international liberal art classes (excluding art and PE students) attending the exam, and their average score is 534, with the key university enrolment rate of 79%.

Last but not the least, there are many classes reaching the level of 100% key university enrolment rate, including 4 experimental science classes, 7 ordinary classes and an art class.

Great victory of various science competitions

Of 44 students in the competition class, 43 have been admitted to Tsinghua and Peking University including 9 direct admission students. Zhu Lingbang and Wang Xinyu have won double gold medals in the International Physics Olympiad. Ouyang Yifu has won gold medal in the 47^th International Chemistry Olympiad.

Big Victory won by international experimental classes.

Students in Sino-US classes have all been admitted to the top 100 American universities, of whom 80% have been to the top 50 key universities.

Two students in Sino-Canada classes have been admitted to McGill University and 26 to the University of Toronto (Downtown campus) in Canada. 6 students have been admitted to Nanyang Technical University and National University of Singapore. One student has been admitted to Aachen University in Germany. 5 students have been admitted to Monash University in Australia.

Victory won by educational assistance to students from remote ethnic minority area

Feixiang class in HSY is a special class in which students from remote ethnic minority area haven been given educational assistance for three years. Of 88 students sitting the entrance exam, 10 obtain the key university required score, 63% obtain the college required score.
